About Us

In September 1993, Dolores Rosales established Manila Cigars. With only 5 employees at hand, it mainly offers its services to be the official retailer of Tabaqueria de Filipinas, a newly established company also at that time. The first office of Manila Cigars was only in a small room in the cigar factory and it started out with its few basic products. As it continues to prosper, Manila Cigars also offers other top of the line products of various cigar manufacturers around the world. As a basic requirement of Manila Cigars for the manufacturers to cope up with the rapid growth of its sales, the manufacturers’ standard is still supervised and maintained.

The tobaccos used come from a very special seed agronomists develop. These tobaccos are called Sarah. A group of dedicated employees is in charge of the packaging and presentation of our cigars. The special presentation boxes used to pack these cigars are uniquely made from the Philippine’s national tree, the Narra.

Its office is now located in Taft Avenue along with two locations at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and another branch in Clark International Airport. With premium cigars and other local souvenirs to offer, Manila Cigars continues to grow to fulfill its desire to offer Filipinos here and abroad quality cigars that is affordable yet exquisite in taste.
